The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Huntersville’s town limits, the same data that feeds our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026. We added Kabuto from its own website, which gives its Northcross Drive address. Two OpenStreetMap entries, Pho Ginseng and Sushi Star, have no website of their own, and we could not confirm them with a second official source, so they are not listed. BaoBao Dim Sum and Chinese Cuisine

BaoBao describes itself as a dim sum and Chinese restaurant that makes its bao, dumplings and wontons by hand, fresh each day. The menu includes xiao long bao (soup dumplings) and sheng jian bao (pan-fried buns). It takes online orders and opens at 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Fusion 108

Fusion 108 serves Chinese and Thai food and other Asian dishes on Rose Commons Drive, it says, for dine-in or takeout. It takes pickup orders online.

Kabuto Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar

Kabuto is a Japanese steakhouse at I-77 Exit 25 where chefs cook hibachi dishes at the table: chicken, steak or seafood with onion soup, stir-fried vegetables and fried rice. It also serves sushi. Kabuto asks diners to make a reservation because of limited capacity and takes pickup orders by phone or online.

Kairu Sushi and Noodle Bar

Kairu brings Japanese and Vietnamese food together, it says, from sushi rolls to bowls of pho and ramen. The menu also lists appetizers, soups and salads, hibachi, a kids menu and lunch combinations.
