What it means for you
- Prices have barely moved in a year. If you are buying or selling, the market is close to where it was in fall 2025.
- The value on your property tax bill comes from the Mecklenburg County Assessor, not Zillow. New values from the county’s 2027 revaluation arrive in early 2027; our property taxes page explains rates and appeals.
- Recent sales in town are in our weekly real estate transfers list from county deed records.
