Burtons Grill

Burtons Grill is in Birkdale Place at 8908 Lindholm Drive, with a dining room, a patio and its own parking lot. Its weekend brunch runs “Saturdays and Sundays until 3 p.m.,” the restaurant says, and the location opens at 10:30 a.m. on weekends. The menu is made from scratch with gluten-free and allergy-friendly options, it says.

Red Rocks Cafe

Red Rocks Cafe, an American restaurant and steakhouse in Birkdale Village, serves brunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Its posted brunch menu includes eggs Benedict, crab cake Benedict, chicken and waffles, cinnamon vanilla French toast and a filet with eggs, each with a choice of side such as hash browns, stone-ground grits or a fruit cup. Reservations through OpenTable or Resy; there is a patio.
